A steering committee that includes two individuals from each member school vote on larger issues, including national responses and organizing. We have subcommittees that handle specific matters. Most of the organizing is done at the university alumni level, which is why your alumni group is integral to our operations.
Reach out to us via your alumni for palestine group’s social media channels or email. Once you express your interest, individuals undergo a phased vetting process.
First ensure that your university alumni have not already started a group. If your university does have a group, reach out to them and see how you can help. If your university does not have an alumni group, reach out to us, and we can provide resources on how to start your own
Joining an alumni organizing group is the way to get involved. If your school does not have an existing alumni group, reach out to other alumni and see if you can get them organized! If you have particular skills that you think would be useful to NAJP, we are always looking for talent. Please email us and let us know what you would be interested in working on.
